  • Running the X Enterprises studio — niche affiliate sites, schema layers, internal tooling.
  • Iterating on the nuxt-x-affiliate and nuxt-x-marketing layers for the next consuming site.

Working with people

  • Soft-capped fractional-CTO practice (2 active engagements).
  • Booking the fall of 2026 for talks and podcast appearances.

Reading / listening / playing with

  • Patterns in business-messaging channel architecture (the RCS work).
  • Studio operating systems — running a portfolio of small bets without burning out.
  • Audio production tooling. Long-overdue deep listen on the new Venice Beats backlog.
